"My YouTube journey began with the story of my accident, which resulted in a permanent disability caused by a stray bullet," he recalls. His early content focused on raising awareness about the dangers of reckless behaviour, like indiscriminate firing of bullets at celebrations. Impressed by the audience's response, he realized the power of his platform and decided to use it to narrate stories grounded in reality.

Reflecting on his growth, Al Syoof notes significant changes in how he creates content. "Initially, I used to handle all tasks myself... It was quite exhausting," he shares. But with the rise in his popularity, he decided to enhance the quality of his videos. "I hired a complete team... Currently, I have a large team that includes management, content writers, production, translation, and more." This expansion illustrates his commitment to delivering high-quality content to his vast audience.

Al Syoof appreciates the role of platforms like YouTube in providing opportunities for creators with disabilities. "The nature of work on YouTube mostly involves sitting on a chair and speaking. This opportunity makes it easier for individuals with special needs to enter this field," he says. He hopes for more support and recognition for disabled creators, suggesting "facilities and incentives... including monthly or annual awards specifically for content creators with disabilities."

Discussing his bond with his audience, Al Syoof expresses a deep sense of kinship. "Being a content creator, I consider my audience as brothers and sisters... They are always standing by me, supporting, and motivating me to improve," he states, highlighting the importance of this support in his journey.

On maintaining his creativity and motivation, Al Syoof emphasizes self-reward. "Every month, I make it a point to travel to a specific country. Traveling, for me, is a renewal of energy and a motivation to continue with the same strength or even more," he explains.
